My kids look forward to going to their check ups and we've never had a negative experience. Dr. Hutfilz makes my kids feel seen and heard and involves them in their exam. We always leave with a new book and stickers, too! As for last minute care needed, we're always able to get in when needed, even in busy cold/flu season, they find a way to get us taken care of!

My son has been going to this clinic since birth. He is now 11, and my newborn goes here as well. Dr Copeland is amazing and knowledgeable. Respects my views and does not push own agenda or views on my family. Scheduling fun is quick and can get in the same day or in a reasonable time. If not, the front desk is helpful is recommending somewhere else for the health needs of my babies.

The only people I trust with my child's care. We have Mary Alice as our primary but have seen every provider they have currently. I love the on site urgent care option, the nurse advice line has saved me from many sleepless nights and each provider has taken what I am concerned about seriously, from first time Mom to Mom of 4, each time we go in I feel like I can trust that my child is in the best hands. The peace of mind this gives is truly priceless!

My baby has seen Mary Alice twice now and the she has been nothing but amazing! She sits down and talks to you face-to-face and makes sure you understand everything that was talked about at the visit before leaving the room. She makes you feel comfortable. I love that we have her as a doctor.

I give this clinic a 5 star. My kids have seen Dr.Copeland since babies all 3 and I've never had a bad experience. All staff is very kind and caring they make sure kids are comfortable. The best clinc I have ever experienced for children.

We absolutely love this Dentist Office! Doctor Abe is absolutely amazing. Today was the first time we’ve met him and he was hands down the best! He made filling a cavity on a very anxious kiddo look like a cake walk. Literally his little tricks and all the high fives were so incredibly helpful. Thank you so much!

My daughter's have been seeing Dr. Stark for years! We love her, she is so great with them, listens, and you can just tell she really cares. She always asks them about things they are doing, or like, and remembers it at the next visit, even if it's been a year. I have piece of mind, knowing my kids are well taken care of there!

I take all 3 of my kiddos here to see Dr. Grover - she’s amazing! They all love her. We’ve never had an issue and they can get you in for same day appointments if things are urgent. Would highly recommend!

Today's appointment made me feel astounded for my son diagnosed with adhd, the doctor offered support above and beyond the clinic for his educational support. I highly recommend this team of doctors, all the staff has been consistently amazing!

My child had a yearly wellness check today with Dr Stark. Dr Stark is very thorough and as well as being an excellent listener. She really cares about my granddaughter and her needs. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. My child has received consistently excellent care at the clinic.

Our provider was amazing! Gentle, kind and knowledgeable. My son had a follow up after a traumatic dog attack and they were able to see us the following day after the hospital visit.

The Child and Adolescent Clinic is our trusted care provider for our boys. Recently when we experienced a billing/coding issue on our bill, the staff heard our concerns and quickly researched and adjusted the bill due to the error. They are professional and we are always treated well.

I came here after having issues with my child's doctor not taking me seriously at a different clinic. This particular doctor was recommended to me at this facility so I switched over and on the first appointment. He listened to everything I had to say and took immediate action, and when I left the office that day we had figured out what had been going on with my son for over a year and it was a fixable rand preventable issue. I have been at this clinic for all 4 of my children now for the last 3 years and I have never had an issue. I love the doctors here and the staff here. They are wonderful and incredibly helpful. It feels good to be listened to by healthcare professionals.

Even in a busy office we were taken to our exam room on time and the wait was very short. Staff were excellent and very supportive. Our doctor is exceptional. He really focused on my teen and spoke to him like a young adult wants to be spoken to. Would recommend the Vhild and Adolescent Clinic to anyone.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years. All the doctors and nurses I have dealt with have been concerned about my child, attentive to their needs, and kind to them and me. They are knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend.

My family uses the clinic for our Daughter. I just say they are often available for whatever date is needed for the family. The staff is very courteous and very patient for us first time parents. Nala is not a fan of the Dr due to the shots but hey what can you do about that haha. But overall this is a great office for your pediatrician needs for your little ones.

My daughter is medically compromised and has a very long medical history, making it a hard task to find compassionate doctors who are supportive and willing to go that extra mile to provide the best possible care for my daughter. Dr. Stark is just that and more. She is a great doctor to my daughter but also a great support system for me. She’s always so understanding and accommodating with appointments. She is also quick with the 100’s of referrals I ask for! Couldn’t be happier and it’s always a pleasure to see and speak to Dr. Stark!

We have been with child and adolescent clinic for 3 years now.  They have taken the best care of our children.  Dr. Woo is amazing 👌  The ladies in front work hard!  We always have the same male that brings us to the back and checks their height, weight and eyes and he does his job perfect! - We've had one bad moment where we sat and waited for over an hour in our room.  It was an urgent appointment and no one came to check on us, so we left. We chose a different Dr to get in faster and it wasn't a good experience.  So that's just my opinion.

We have been coming to the clinic for 4 years. My Grandson sees Dr. MaryAlice. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant. The nurse that was working with Dr. MaryAlice was very nice. Dr. MaryAlice is very caring, she always is concerned about the young man, how he is doing and if there is any concerns. She will talk directly to my grandson and ask him questions. We really don't want her to retire, she is a awesome pediatric doctor.

Our doctor Mark Banks is the best doctor in the world! Everything is very fast and high quality, I have never had to wait more than one day to see a doctor.

3 out of my 4 children have had Dr. Wu since they were born. Good doctors and staff, clean rooms, friendly and caring. Wait isn't long most of the time.

I take all three of our kids here, and we love Dr. Grover! She’s great with all of them. She leaves time in her schedule each day for same day visits which is amazing so we never have to go to urgent care and see a doctor they’re unfamiliar with. She got my one year in yesterday with less than two hours notice for an ear infection. We’re so happy to have found this clinic!

Dr Stark is a wonderful doctor she has been my kids doctor for the last 9 years and every time we go in she is patient and compassionate and kind she listens to the things that we share with her. she always makes my daughter laugh. She will ask what's going on in my daughter life. She cares more than most.

My grandsons have seen Amrita Stark for 10 years and are now aging out. She has been wonderful and they have always been comfortable with her. We will miss her and the great staff ❤️

My children have been with their pediatrician since the day we brought them home and he is excellent! I have always felt supported, heard, and left the office with a plan for the continuing care of my kiddos.

We came here when both boys were 2 & 1-they are now 14 & 13. This clinic has always been so inclusive, supportive & understanding. Dr. Copeland is hands down the best doctor the boys have had, his friendly comfortable demeanor really goes far. He is retiring this month and we actually saw him for the last time today :( but with how amazing this clinic has been to us, we are confident the transition to another doctor will be flawless. Dr. Banks is great! During our first visit for a well child check up, Dr. Banks took the time to ask and listen to any and all of my questions and concerns. He has not only provided great medical and parenting advice, but also followed through promptly in providing beneficial and crucial resources for our son. In my opinion, the best thing about Dr. Banks is his engagement with HIS patient (my son), AND me, as his patient's first advocate. I would also like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the admin, referral and advice nurse team, overall very helpful, understanding, supportive, caring and most importantly: THEY ALWAYS FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! Very happy and grateful to have my son in their care.

If you’re looking for a doctor who tells it like it is instead of sugarcoating it then Dr Banks is your doctor 👍🏻 He has the old school thinking which is lacking in this day and age. My 9 year old boy thoroughly enjoyed his interaction with Dr Banks and even marveled that they liked the same movies. Dr Banks took the time to get to know my son by asking his favorite movies and past time favorites. When we left my son asked when we could visit Dr Banks again.

I am. So grateful for this office. My son has.came here since he was born almost 5.years ago. We see Dr Wu. What I love is he makes my son feel seen and special every Visit. He never rushes him. The receptionist know who we are when we walk in and they are always friendly. They have been flexible and able to get us in on short notice  when it had been needed.  Honestly I could keep going. We've been seeing Dr. Ville since my son was born in 2023, and she is amazing. Our son thinks she's the best too! She is super knowledgeable and friendly, and even helped us find treatment for my postpartum depression. I feel very fortunate to have such a truly compassionate provider.

My boys and I love Dr. Banks and the nurses are always so kind and efficient.  The front office staff are friendly and always seem so organized - they really help keep things running smoothly.

We have had our child here since birth. The child adolescent Clinic has always been for that here for us in every way imaginable from midnight cold high fevers to in person check in and questions about General health and more complicated questions. They are always caring, compassionate, and the doctors truly do love their children. I will highly recommend them to any family. The nurse Helpline, which is available 24 seven has kept us out of Urgent Care more times than I can say!

We have had an incredible experience, every time. Above and beyond, the best we’ve seen in pediatrics in Vancouver. The office is not the most up to date, but the people are amazing. We’ve talked to billing, nurses, our primary care provider, on call doctors, weekend providers, and each person seems to truly care about our family, my kids, and all of our wellbeing. We have been through Evergreen and TVC and these guys are hand down the best.

We've only had two visits so far and we are not disappointed. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr. Hutfilz is amazing, she takes time to listen to my concerns and makes sure that I understand everything before leaving the office.

Dr.Hutfilz saw my son for a wrist injury. She was polite and comforting. She listened to my son patiently as he accounted the incident and was very gentle when it came time to examine his wrist. Her thorough and calm demeanor made the visit more comfortable for my son, as this was his first time injuring himself like this. She was very detailed in her explanation; she gave examples and was open to questions and further explanations when needed. She eased some of my son’s tension with a few jokes and fun trivia about the human body. Overall a wonderful experience during a painful time for my kiddo. Everyone at CAC were wonderful and expressed their well wishes as we left after our visit.

Reception area was clean and kid friendly. The receptionists were very attentive. We really appreciated the doctor and all of our questions were answered.

We transferred over to this clinic due to a need for a specific referral for my child. I cannot express just how impressed I am with the level of care my son has received here. Clinic is very educating and resourceful. Dr. Lhewa 10/10. All the staff including the receptionists have been hands down great! My granddaughter was a little nervous because her nurse practitioner who had seen her all her life had retired and she was to see a new doctor that was recommended. We had a perfect visit and she loved her new doctor. Very thankful for the staff at this facility.

The receptionist was so nice, The nurse was fantastic, And the doctor came in and made me feel seen and heard!! It didn’t feel like I was just another patient. It felt like I was the parent of a child that he cared about!! Will definitely be going back with all three of my children!!

Been taking my son here for a few years now and they have been wonderful every time we’ve visited. He’s been in for his annual check ups and for when he wasn’t feeling well and everyone from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses have been very nice to both of us.

The nurse practitioner was the best I’ve had through the 15 years we’ve been taking our daughter here. Very informative very caring and kind. Asked all the right questions and gave answered age appropriate so that our daughter understood.

I’ve been taking my Daughter here to this office now for 18 months. We just had our 18 month appt for her a few days ago. I will say this office is staffed with exceptional professionals and DRs who are there to help. This was especially important for us because we were new parents and they were very supportive and patient with ALLLLL our questions around our Daughter growth and development. If you are in the Cowlitz area I certainly do HIGHLY recommend and suggest this office for you and your family.

We have the best doctor at this Clinic. Dr Stark is a fantastic part of our team and has been for years. We are so grateful for her Compassionate Care. We are very happy with Child and Adolescent Clinic and have had excellent and compassionate Care from all the staff there but doctor Stark is a Shining star! She's more than an excellent doctor she really believes in team care and putting the child first and I love that. We're grateful for our time at the clinic.

Incredibly pleased with our experience visiting the office today! We felt heard! Cared for! And valued! Moving here from Rhode Island and leaving our longtime Pediatrician (since birth) was extremely tough. You don’t realize the life raft you build having a pediatrician from birth! I can wholeheartedly say we found all the pieces we could need to feel confident in the care received!

My children have been seen here for 8+ years now. The doctors, receptionist and medical assistants always greet us with a smile, are very professional, understanding, patient, and demonstrate great customer service. Dr Chu-Smith is compassionate and takes the time to address my concerns, I never feel rushed. I highly recommend Child and Adolescent Clinic to other families. They are caring, inclusive, and have a team of doctors (Dr. Stark and Dr. Banks to name a few) who work together providing exceptional patient care.

Great staff love the doctors. They have a behavioral specialist in the clinic so I’m able to stay close and he gets the extra help he needs to live his best life. Update. The behavior therapist is amazing. He fully understands my son’s adhd and what comes along with that. He works so well with him and letting him be himself - whether it’s talking nonstop or fidgeting in the chair. He catches little things and gives him lessons on those like interrupting or invading personal space and is able to explain it so well that my 9yr old fully understands and is able to apply when he can. Robert Bye is his name highly recommend if the kiddos need that extra help. He also works so well with the parents getting input and ideas of what we see and things we view need work from the list of things I’m not sure how to handle. He gives us great ideas and advice.

I will tell you what, these folks-from the front office staff, to the MA’s and PA’s and doctors…every single one of them cares and truly strives to give every patient prompt, excellent, compassionate, medically-sound care! I absolutely can’t say enough good things about the whole office! The only reason I put four stars instead of five is due to one of the front office staff, AMBER (I think she’s the office manager?). My family had a miscommunication/issue that was critical to resolve. Every encounter with Amber was unpleasant (that's putting it VERY kindly). She was dismissive, rude, and downright nasty. The issue was eventually resolved and my children’s care resumed, but I certainly will steer clear of Amber in the future (if possible). Overall, the practice is AMAZING, Amber’s attitude and conduct…not so much. Despite that, I still highly recommend that you should DEFINITELY go there for your children’s medical care! They are AMAZING!!!

We were able to get in last minute with a different Dr. than my daughter’s regular PCP and transition was seamless. Very attentive, caring and interactive. She listened to my concerns and provided a treatment plan as well as preemptive measures to address the potential of an emergency situation.

I’ve been bringing my daughters here for 10 years now. All of the doctors are so kind, empathetic, and professional. My girls especially love Dr. Stark who is their primary care physician. They love going to see her and feel so safe with her. We are grateful to have a clinic we can trust to take care of them.

Child & Adolescent Clinic in Longview is by far the best pediatrician in the area. They operate as a well oiled machine. Dr. Henricksen is so patient and kind. He answers all of our questions and has a great bedside manner.

Our physician, Dr. Lhewa, was very easy to talk with and has developed a good rapport with our tween son. The office staff are efficient and personable. We have met with most of the doctors here at one time or another and are pleased with the care received at our visits.

We have been seeing Dr. Smneek for over 19 years. She has walked all seven of my kids through childhood colds to some major illnesses and surgeries. We love Dr. Hutzfield, Dr.Copeland, Dr.Wu as well! The receptionists are like seeing old friends and many have been there longer than my family has. Thank you!

We’ve seen most of the pediatricians at this office and have enjoyed our time with each of them. We are new parents and often have a lot of questions and worries, and each doctor has been patient in answering our questions. They respect to autonomy of the parents’ decision making and have a collaborative approach. The medical assistants and front desk have been great to work with as well.

My daughters see NP Robin Wulff and she is so great with them! I’m a first time Mom and I appreciate being able to ask anything on my mind without feeling like I’m overreacting or asking a dumb question. All the staff members I’ve interacted with have been great and they’re so good with my babies. They also make referral processes so easy!
